It was either taken by a friend that was with her or an incredibly brave dude. Damn it hope it was the latter.

I don't really know much about Victoria Justice other than the fact she's on some teeny bopper show. And that she looks pretty good in a bikini.

I just don't have the words to describe how hot I think this girl is.

I wonder what she thinks.
